What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

It really depends on the product. We have different shipping categories based on size, weight and destination. You can find out about shipping charges at checkout and choose your preferred shipping method (Standard Delivery or Speedy). If you live in London or if you are able to visit the gallery, free collection from the shop is available Monday-Saturday 11am -5pm (it is advisable to call us beforehand or arrange a pick-up date/time via e-mail).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We take online payments via Stripe and PayPal. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Alternatively you can place an order and pay by direct bank transfer. Our banking details are specified upon choosing the latter as a payment method. Please note that any order to be paid by bank transfer won’t be processed until funds reach our account in full. We don’t accept card payments over the phone.

How long will delivery take?

We endeavour to provide a swift delivery for all orders. According to orders volume at any given time, availability and destination, it may generally take up to 5 working days for UK (2-3 with speedy delivery), 7-10 working days for Europe (2-5 with speedy delivery) and 10 working days for the rest of the world (5 with speedy delivery) – pending customs. In order to provide size options within the same edition for selected artworks, prints are produced on order – which may add to the delivery time. You should see the above as guide times. We will always try to speed up when possible.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We rely on third party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal which in turn guarantee secure encrypted transactions. Our website and online shop is SSL certified and our web-host is fully PCI compliant. We do not store card information directly, and keep your data safe and private according to the new GDPR rules.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address specified upon placing the order. In case of successful payment, we will start processing the order as soon as possible and you will receive tracking information via e-mail once shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation that will have your billing address. If you have any special requests for your invoice please get in touch.
